Prestressed steel strand(PC strand)

Prestressed steel strand(PC strand) is a stranded steel cable composed of 2, 3, 7 or more high-strength cold drawn smooth steel wires, which is subject to stress relief treatment (i.e. stabilization ). Generally, high carbon steel 82B wire rod is used as raw material, which is cold drawn into steel wire after pickling surface treatment, and then a certain number of steel wires are twisted into strands according to the steel strand structure, and then stabilized through stress relief.
